Water repellence

Silicone finishes resist rainwater absorption. They do not replace repairs to leaks, defective sills or other building defects.

Vapour permeability

Water vapour can pass through the finish. The suitability of the complete wall construction still needs assessment.

Maintenance and warranty

Pre-coloured finishes reduce the need for routine painting. Cleaning and repairs may still be needed. Warranty terms depend on the specified system.
